What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the office. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours call the Manager to arrange a convienent time.

What kind of security do you have?
We feature videoed gate surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, and your own personal lock.

What are the payment terms?
Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We can automatically charge your Mastercard® or Visa® each month, or you can pay over the phone.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept MasterCard® and Visa®.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x10 to 10x24.

Are there things that I can't put in storage?
Yes. You cannot store anything perishable or hazardous; also, anything that is highly flammable or gaseous.
